Online Club Meet Entries

Members can enter the next club meet by completing the online entry form below. Online entries are taken up until 5:30pm Tuesdays.

No online entries are processed after 5:30pm on a Tuesday. There are many different e-mail service providers and the Race Secretary cannot be responsible for any problems with any e-mail service. Upon successfully receiving your online entries, the Race Secretary will send a short reply e-mail stating “All entries received, thank you". If you do not receive this message in reply before 5:30pm Tuesday, it means that your entry has not been received and you need to be at the pool before 6.45pm to place your entries in person.
